Study - Paraguay/Brazil Border Region - Paraguay - DFID/NRIStudy in Ministry of Agriculture of boll weevil infestation of the Paraguayan cotton crop from Brazil. Landsat TM imagery from three successive years used to locate the extents of the cotton crops; a classifier for the discrimination of cotton was derived; results used in a GIS to produce maps to support and plan a protection campaign.
