(NEA-ED) (M&E Information Systems) - Nepal - AsDBConsultancy to identify role for environmental management information systems in the monitoring and evaluation of activities undertaken by NEA-ED. These include screening, scoping, EIA, mitigation planning and environmental monitoring with the emphasis very much on the latter area in a project context. Institutional issues were identified and documented including training, collaboration and approach and various options were presented for developing an entry level tool for project screening.
